Less Stress Moving was looking to expand their customer base by doing a full rebrand of their website, logo, visual design and advertising on their moving trucks. They were investing in Google Ads and SEO strategies that were proving to be ineffective in attracting new customers. In addition we saw a gap in the market for senior citizen moving services that we sought to fulfill.
I worked with Less Stress Moving to create a comprehensive strategy involving the creation of a new logo, truck wrap design, marketing collateral, website and mobile app redesign. We successfully expanded Less Stress Moving's reach and customer base by prioritizing the user experience. We did this by streamlining the rebranding efforts to highlight essential information, incorporating photography for a personable touch, emphasizing call-to-action elements, integrating testimonials and reviews, and tailoring to the senior citizen community.
